Case study

It is common within Park Homes to suffer from thermal deficiencies, and this can be costly to keep at a comfortable living temperature, especially if the Park Home is served via LPG bottles.

This Park Home was inspected and was found to have such issues along with a high Relative Humidity percentage (amount of air borne moisture). This has caused significant condensation and heat escape. Although the Park Home is considered compliant with the standards in place when manufactured and sited, this Park Home does suffer from defects causing an unhealthy living environment.
